ESPECIALISTA LEGAL CORPORATIVO Y FINANZAS Objetivo del Rol: Brindar soporte y asesoría legal a las compañías (UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones S.A., Colombia Móvil S.A. ESP, Edatel S.A. y las otras empresas del grupo o de los accionistas en Colombia), en la atención de los temas relacionados con derecho financiero y corporativo, así como el relacionamiento con las Superintendencias Financiera y de Sociedades.
Perfil Requerido: De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en temas de derecho societario, financiero y/o gobierno corporativo.
Formación: Abogado con especialización en derecho financiero, comercial, de los negocios o afines.
Nivel de inglés: Avanzado.
Principales Responsabilidades: Asistencia legal en contratos de crédito, emisiones de valores y derivados financieros.
Presentación de Informes periódicos y reporte de información relevante.
Gestión del Registro Nacional de Valores - RNVE.
Atención de consultas financieras.
Diligenciamiento de la Encuesta Mejores Prácticas Corporativas.
Soporte a procesos de Liquidaciones y fusiones.
