The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Platform Architect - Office 365 SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | Hybrid How a day to day would look like in this role: Active participation in working groups for incidents with high impact on the client. Technical follow-up on work plans proposed by platform administrators. Working closely with the client and platform administrators' team in the constant evolution of platforms according to functionalities or characteristics not yet implemented that can add value to the client. Proposing and participating in the implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC) for new technologies or products aligned with the service. Working closely with the client's and internal cybersecurity team on best security practices, vulnerability identification, or security recommendations applicable to each of the platforms included in management. What we need to see from you Profile: Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a track record in Office 365 that can be shown. Preferably, the candidate should also have knowledge in Intune and Azure Purview. Required skills: Experience in the role of architect. Sophisticated experience in handling Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive. Sophisticated knowledge of Intune and knowledge of Azure Purview. Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server.
