Primary Purpose and Main Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the requirements of the EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) system, based on the ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards, local law, and corporate requirements established in EHS.Conduct and monitor integrated corporate audits of EHS to verify compliance with corporate EHS.Evaluate and ensure compliance with new and current legislation on EHS issues.Develop and implement EHS strategies to support the main goal of "Zero Serious Injury."Main Responsibilities Comply with company policies and relevant global EHS objectives.Ensure that the EHS management system complies with the requirements of ISO45001 and ISO14001.Support internal and external audits of EHS processes and systems.Review, analyze, and manage the implementation of new mandatory EHSS and/or current legal requirements.Develop EHS activities and support the realization of EHS projects.Support meetings of the Integrated Management Systems Committee.Assist in the realization of action plans for the closure of non-conformities from EHS audits.Coordinate EHS training for plant personnel.Act as PEC Pillar subcommittee leader.Manage statistics and trends in terms of EHS.Support ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, and IATF16949 compliance.Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety, industrial hygiene processes, and/or environmental fields, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial processes.
Desired:
Experience working in plants with labor unions.

Strong communication skills, ability to work in interdisciplinary teams, problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, creativity, and excellent interpersonal relationships.
