Job Description As an ERP Operations Manager, you will hold the title of Managed Services Lead and take on a pivotal role in driving excellence within professional services practices. You'll manage a dynamic team, oversee diverse client portfolios, and optimize processes for customer support and enhancements. Career Snapshot Employment Type : Indefinite Term Contract Shift : Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or CST Work Setup : Hybrid, Bogotá and Medellin How You'll Make an Impact Manage customer relationships and address escalations as the second point of contact. Oversee the daily management of direct reports, including PMs, Senior BSAs, and BSAs. Supervise project execution by external partners to ensure alignment with goals. Guide teams to deliver projects using the Bring IT project management methodology. Lead and facilitate the Portfolio Review Weekly Meeting (internal). Ensure accountability for project execution and results, including planned hours versus actuals, on-time delivery, and quality. Review and approve or reject weekly time tracker submissions. Own the resource-to-project allocation process and manage resource availability. Provide capacity visibility to the Sales Team to inform decision-making. Conduct performance reviews and offer training guidance to team members. Make strategic hiring decisions to build and enhance team capabilities. Foster partnerships and maintain communication with support towers (PMO, Implementations) and back-office teams (HR, Finance). Build strong partnerships and maintain effective communication with external partners. Manage results related to the department's contribution margin. Oversee and forecast invoicing processes, including milestone, monthly, and T&M models. Requirements Skills and Expertise We Value Proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP systems. Proven background as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager. Experience managing a team of 5+ direct reports, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and other people management responsibilities. Expertise in managing a support practice. Tech Stack Experience managing a team working with ERP systems. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Portuguese. Experience managing P&L and financial controls. Full ERP certification in NetSuite or progress toward certification. Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology. Proven experience leading 5+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations. Ability to prioritize effectively and utilize business etiquette to ensure seamless communication and support for internal teams and clients. Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, MBA, or equivalent work experience. Comprehensive understanding of web technologies and industry standards. Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
