Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented Equipment Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all casino equipment, from installing and testing to cleaning, maintaining, and monitoring performance. You'll play a key role in keeping our equipment available 24/7, from roulette wheels and shuffle machines to deck checkers and tables. Location: Medellín, Colombia (On-site) Schedule: This position offers a weekly rotating schedule to ensure continuous operation. You'll work one shift one week, and then switch to the other shift the following week. Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM Duties: Install, clean, change and regulate simple equipment; Perform equipment tests; Ensure preventive equipment maintenance; Monitor equipment performance, make assessments and make decisions about needed actions; Ensure equipment availability 24/7; Report equipment related issues; Roulette wheels cleaning/maintenance; Shuffle machines cleaning/maintenance/exchange; Deck checker cleaning/maintenance; Tables' inspection; Cards/equipment transportation from storage and back; Organize equipment utilization; Monitor climate on gaming floors and storage; Monitor and track equipment in stock; Cooperate with other departments; Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications; Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work. Responsibilities: The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations.
