The opportunity We are offering the opportunity for a motivated candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English to join our team where he/she will be given the opportunity to learn and develop a whole new range of technical skills.
We do not require SAP experience for this position.
Having a technical academic qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities 1.
Provide application support and implementation consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities with Strada's French customer-base.
2.
Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing respecting Strada best practices.
3.
Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications.
4.
Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
5.
Manage personal daily priorities and support project priorities - ensure deadlines are met.
6.
Regularly report on status and progress to the Team/Project Manager.
7.
Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level.
8.
Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
9.
Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.
10.
Respect project timelines and ensure the proper delivery of assigned work package implementations.
Requirements 1.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
2.
Technical background, either professional or academic (can be outside of SAP / Payroll).
3.
Strong interest in delivering high-quality support and implementation in the field of Human Resources and growing a career in SAP HCM and payroll services.
4.
Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
5.
Be committed to the customer, the team, and the project.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.
Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
8.
Bachelor or Masters degree with a Technical emphasis preferred.
9.
Willingness to work from our Granada offices 2-3 times per week.
