Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Enterprise Governance Manager for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. Position Objective: The Enterprise Governance Manager works closely with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), overseeing CEO's milestone deliverables to Board of Directors/Governors/Zurich BUR/Zurich Board and similar forums, collaborating with department heads, and facilitating effective communication within our organization as well as building and maintaining content and the overall Corporate Calendar deliverables/milestones. This role is responsible for the presentations quality/design/content of all communications to create capacity for the CRO/Head of Governance.

Responsibilities: Coordinates and prepares summary updates of status of each deliverable to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).Coordinates, reviews, analyzes and refines reports for the Board of Directors and Board of Governors.Develops and maintains a project master calendar in conjunction with team leads that outlines tasks, milestones, and schedules.Closely influences diverse project teams to obtain adequate project support and ensure timely execution.Ensures issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved.
