a s a content moderator, your task is to make sure our clients succeed by maintaining the quality of their content and rejecting any inappropriate and prohibited content on their app.
You will learn how to detect offensive/inappropiate content, and apply your knowledge by using a back office tool to edit, approve, reject and report content submitted by users.
Your role and responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content, which may include picture, text, audio or video items, with high accuracy at a fast pace.
Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules, trends and best moderation practices.
Collaborate with your team members.
Provide feedback to managers on trends, and common end-user errors - you are our eyes and ears and know users best!
Provide feedback on improvements to the posting rules to enhance user experience.
To succeed in this role, you must: Live in Bogotá, Colombia.
Full time availability.
English Level B2- C1.
Be able to manage sensitive content.
Be flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.

Previous experience in content moderation, customer service and/or online business is an advantage.
