This is a work from home opportunity, and we are seeking a remote Engineering or Manufacturing Recruiter in Colombia. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles within our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for direct hire positions, particularly in the Northeast region of the US, and be adept at sourcing and placing candidates in specialized industries such as defense/aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical manufacturing. Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles in engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, IT, accounting & finance, and professional services. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract terms, to ensure successful placements. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting for direct hire roles, preferably in the Northeast US region. Strong understanding of industries including defense/aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical manufacturing. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and placing candidates for roles in engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, IT, accounting & finance, and professional services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, with a solid understanding of best practices in candidate sourcing and placement. Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365. Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent). Must be outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
