Manager Engineering is responsible of capital investment implementation to support the business and strategies needs under operational excellence umbrella.
Work collaboratively with the regional (CMS) and global support areas to ensure CEB successful execution.
The primary accountabilities of the role includes oversight of project viability, project schedule adherence, project cost containment, technology transfer and corporate EHS, FP&R and Quality standards compliance.
Responsible to ensure utilities services all times to the factory through the equipment reliability and performance managing the budgeted NVOs.
Responsibilities: Provide the support to deliver all the PSC initiatives as planned.
Ensures the right priorities are assigned to the various projects and resources are adequate and focused.
Monitors project progress, modify plans and initiate corrective actions based on feedback and changes.
Provides support and guidance to project engineers in managing projects.
Communicates and manage issues/risks with corporate/divisional leadership.
Negotiate with and influences divisional and category management regarding resources and project direction on behalf of project teams.
Monitors project/program progress, challenges assumptions and data to improve results, modifies plans, and take necessary corrective actions.
Negotiates with vendors/suppliers regarding delivery schedules, cost and change control.
Ensure the validation and documentation of all new equipment / updated by the Design Assessment requirements (DQ), Installation Assessment (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and performance (PQ) according to the Corporate Quality Standard.
Also, ensure the validation of Area Water System.
Engineering Services Weekly Presentation, showing results for utilities downtime, CEB and initiatives, EHS Results Monthly Meeting, Engineering Services Weekly Meeting, FP&R Results Meeting.
Accomplish with the Management System of safety and Health at Work "SGSST" as required according to position.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years of experience in engineering or operations for manufacturing Advanced english People management Project management Desirable knowledge in SAP
