Requirements
- Leadership experience : At least 2 years managing engineering teams, with a proven ability to mentor, lead projects, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strong technical expertise in software development and AI-driven solutions : The candidate must have a solid background in software engineering,
with the ability to provide technical guidance and ensure code quality and architecture standards.
- Cloud platforms knowledge : Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure , as these tools are critical for developing and scaling AI solutions.
- Proven experience in engineering management, with a strong technical background.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies like Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team leadership.
