Project Planning and Implementation: Analyze project constraints and develop detailed project plans, including installation and cutover plans, TI subcontractor team resource allocation, to ensure that the project proceeds as planned.
Project Schedule Management: Supervise and track project progress, and promptly discover and promote internal and external teams to solve schedule delays.
Ensure that all project milestones are completed on time.
Cost Management: Good cost control awareness, ensure that the project is completed within the budget, and optimize costs.
Team Building and Management: Form and lead the project team, be familiar with the tasks and responsibilities of each sub-team, and supervise the work performance of team members.
Customer Communication and Management: Maintain and develop customer relationships, communicate with customers regularly, provide project progress reports and demands, and ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Subcontractor Resource Management: Manage subcontractor contracts, monitor the progress and quality of subcontractor work, and conduct data-based evaluation; establish and maintain a good cooperative relationship with subcontractors, and promptly resolve problems that arise during the cooperation process.
Technical Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to assist in resolving engineering problems encountered during project implementation, such as site entry, site emergencies, etc.
Identify and assess project risks, formulate and implement risk response measures, and adjust project strategies in a timely manner to respond to changes and challenges.
Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above in communications, electronic engineering, computer science or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in communications engineering project management, preferably with work experience in TEF / ZTE / Ericsson / Huawei / Nokia project management experience.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively manage multi-party interests.
Strong team leadership and organizational coordination skills, able to effectively drive the team to achieve project goals.
Experience in team management and performance appraisal, and can effectively motivate and improve the work performance of team members.
Good customer relationship management skills, and be able to maintain and develop long-term cooperative relationships with customers.
Personal Qualities and Attitudes: Recognize ZTE values, can work overtime appropriately, and can be contacted 24/7.
High sense of responsibility and execution, and be able to self-motivate and promote project progress.
