In this role, you will get to: The Employee Experience Lead will be responsible for ensuring the EX & Engagement strategy for Barranquilla . You will support the implementation of EX strategies working with the manager's area in the design of local programs to support a positive employee experience, ensuring EX supports the overall people and business strategies, and importantly leads to a great Customer Experience (CX). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Experience Management Collaborate with the people functions (HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, QA, internal communications), Service Delivery, and business leaders/stakeholders to build a deep understanding of employee needs, in connection with the EX Listening strategy. Build awareness of EX management and partner with the business on building the link between EX and CX. Align EX initiatives with company goals and promote EX to drive change across the business. Support the design and implement of EX strategies and programs across the employee life cycle to improve attraction, engagement, and retention. Drive Positive Employee Engagement Work with stakeholder groups to understand pain points and plan initiatives to address/improve (via focus groups, one to ones, e-Council). Lead on driving participation of employee surveys. Analysis of the feedback and build/execute a comms plan to ensure awareness of the feedback. Support the action planning and communication loop "You Said/We Did". Employee Events & Activities Support and advise the business on best practices to align activities to help drive engagement. Ensure activities and events are inclusive and help measure impact. Vendor and budget management. Recognition Ensure the recognition in Barranquilla, based on the employee's voice. Data Management Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, spot trends, monitor the pulse and drive action. Ensure metrics are in place to track and measure effectiveness of programs. Produce reports and presentations to share with the business. Continuously monitor the employee experience across all regions and functions. Help to embed Wellness & DEI into our EX initiatives. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to EX. Promote Sutherland's approach to EX through Webex, Podcasts, speaking opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Experience of 2 - 5 years in a similar role, designing and implementing EX strategies and programs across the employee cycle to improve attraction, engagement and retention. Proven track record of designing and implementing people related initiatives. English proficiency (B2 or above). Bachelors' degree in business administration, HR or related field is preferred. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
