A day in the life: The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of the broadcast campaigns and email automation of current and potential customers, as well as SMS campaign execution. You will be involved in further innovating clients' strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to further innovate strategy. This is an extremely cross-functional role that will be closely working with creative, content, web, and other departments in the company. Responsibilities: Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for the PDM clients. Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting. Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement. Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails. Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs' performance monthly to clients. Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program. Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels. Role Requirements: 2-5 years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management. Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly. Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar. SMS experience (preferred). Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding. Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manages 5-7 enterprise or growth accounts. Below 10% client churn rate. Hitting defined EBIDTA goal. Most Important Things (MITs) Strategic management of email and SMS campaigns, innovating and/or optimizing to maximize performance. Professional communication - ability to present clearly and concisely and problem solve. Adoption of Power Digital's processes, product innovations and tools.
