We are seeking a skilled Email Strategist with a deep understanding of patient/medical communications to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing with a deep understanding of patient and medical communication strategies and best practices.
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing email campaigns that effectively engage and inform patients, drive patient acquisition, and support our clients' marketing objectives.
Responsibilities Develop, manage and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
Create engaging and persuasive email content tailored to the clients' industry and audiences.
Manage and segment email lists to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with design and content writing teams to create visually appealing and effective emails.
Manage email marketing and patient communication tools and platforms.
Update and maintain client landing pages to deliver a cohesive communication strategy and accurate branding.
Actively research and implement AI into processes to make them more effective.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Provide timely updates and project communications via basecamp.
Support account managers to discuss campaigns and reporting on client calls if needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with knowledge of patient/dental communications.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns with measurable results.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
Experience with patient communication platforms (e.g., Revenuewell, NexHealth, Weave, etc).
Excellent writing and copy editing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM).
Experience using design tools and developing digital content.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
Knowledge of UTMs and GA4.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a full-service digital marketing agency.
