About the role: With our global footprint and hyper-growth, we're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to help take charge of our email marketing targeting businesses who have created an account with Snappr. These businesses vary in size from SMBs all the way up to enterprise-sized corporations. What you'll do: Manage and own Snappr's email marketing program Help drive effective high-level strategy focusing on increasing revenue and LTV Create and manage email calendars - including promotions, welcome series, abandon carts, re-engagement series, drip campaigns, and product education Manage and create audience segmentations to sell different photography packages Manage and optimize existing workflows and create new workflows as needed Create and manage A/B testing Create new email designs from start to finish - including writing copy and providing design guidelines Provide reporting on email campaign performance including A/B testing results Onboarding new tools as needed to continue to optimize our email marketing systems What you'll need: 4+ years of email marketing experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing email marketing for a B2B-type company Deep knowledge of the entire email ecosystem Experience working with different email marketing platforms/tools such as: A. Modern email platforms such as Sendinblue, Mailchimp, AutoPilot B. Email template-building tools such as Stripo C. Bonus: HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus D. Bonus: Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus E.
