About the Role As an Email Designer, you'll guide the development and production of high-impact email campaigns and digital assets for our clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design systems.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and code new emails (~3 per week) following a design system/style guide.Create corresponding site/app assets and post-click landing page experiences.Handle production work for current email programs (updating prize amounts, dates, deadlines).Route creatives for internal reviews (Creative, Marketing, Legal/Contest).Manage tight deadlines and communicate effectively for any required changes.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & SkillsStrong proficiency in graphic design software: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.Firm command of HTML Responsive Email Design.Broad understanding of online design concepts, practices, and procedures.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Excellent time management and communication skills.English (B2) level proficiency.Formula.Monks does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other reason prohibited by law in the provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
