About the Role As an Email Designer , you'll guide the development and production of high-impact email campaigns and digital assets for our clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design systems. Responsibilities Design and code new emails (~3 per week) following a design system/style guide. Create corresponding site/app assets and post-click landing page experiences. Handle production work for current email programs (updating prize amounts, dates, deadlines). Route creatives for internal reviews (Creative, Marketing, Legal/Contest). Manage tight deadlines and communicate effectively for any required changes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Strong proficiency in graphic design software: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Firm command of HTML Responsive Email Design. Broad understanding of online design concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Excellent time management and communication skills. English (B2) level proficiency.
