Eld Compliance

We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in regulatory compliance within the trucking and logistics industry, with a particular emphasis on logbook monitoring and comprehensive knowledge of logbook regulations.

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including but not limited to FMCSA regulations and DOT guidelines.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and programs.
Monitor and audit logbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics.
Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the trucking or logistics industry.
Extensive knowledge of logbook regulations and FMCSA requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
