We are Scale Up and our client is looking for a EDI Integration Analyst! About Our Client
Our client, a Florida-based company and a leading provider in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) space, specializes in B2B transactions for the retail, distribution, and transportation sectors across the US and Canada.

Position Overview
The EDI Integration Analyst will play a critical role in managing and executing short-term EDI implementation projects, involving programming, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional organizational abilities, and advanced communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Project Management: Manage multiple goal-oriented, time-sensitive EDI implementation projects (ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months).Workflow Analysis: Analyze business workflows, develop tailored solutions, and anticipate various business scenarios to meet client needs.Gap Analysis: Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current software capabilities and integration requirements, proposing and implementing tailored solutions to address identified gaps.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, trading partners, and third parties to ensure seamless analysis, implementation, training, and go-live transitions.Resource Management: Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources to meet multiple deadlines.Quality Assurance: Perform testing and verification to ensure the accuracy and functionality of EDI systems.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 4 years of professional experience in software analysis or development.Advanced English proficiency, with emphasis on strong conversational and interpersonal communication skills.Proven analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Desirable Skills Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics.Experience working with US-based clients or organizations.Employment Type Full-Time: Permanent role with growth opportunities.Remote Work: Fully remote work is acceptable.Work Schedule: US-based schedule (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST) with observance of US holidays.Compensation: Competitive compensation with benefits, including health insurance and business participation incentives.Why Join Our Client?
