The Role

What You'll Do

- Lead a team of virtual assistants managing everything from financial statements to product listings.
- Ensure accurate and effective product listings across major ecommerce platforms.
- Oversee customer return negotiations, using your skills to maximize resale value through strategic discounts.
- Delegate tasks to your team, ensuring every step is efficient and executed with excellence.

- Innovate systems to enhance task management, transitioning away from Asana when necessary.
- Utilize SellerCloud software to oversee inventory and listings, making sure everything runs like clockwork (don't worry we'll train you on the software if you need it).

Ideal Profile

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Office Manager, or similar leadership role in ecommerce.
- Expertise in navigating ecommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart to drive results.
- Stellar organizational skills you juggle tasks and lead a remote team without missing a beat.
- Self-driven and confident, you're the go-to problem-solver who can think critically and act fast.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- You excel in team environments and have a calm, patient leadership style.
