POSITION SUMMARY: We seek a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Retention & Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. We are more than just a supplement company; we are a community. We strive to create a space where Black women can find support, share their experiences, and access reliable health information. Through our blog, social media channels, and community events, we aim to educate and inspire our customers to live their healthiest lives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute new strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. This role is critical to increasing lifetime value and brand advocacy. RESPONSIBILITIES: Email/SMS Development and Flow Management: Develop and implement email/SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers. Create automated customer journeys and flows to ensure relevant communication. A/B test different strategies to determine the most effective messaging and timing. Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts. Utilize data-driven insights to personalize communication and offers. Subscriptions Management: Oversee subscription programs, optimize churn rate, and increase AOV. Monitor subscription metrics and implement initiatives to improve retention rates. Loyalty Management: Design and manage loyalty programs to reward and retain loyal customers. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote loyalty programs participation. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the consumer package goods (CPG) ecommerce space. Proven track record of developing and executing successful email/SMS marketing campaigns. Experience with customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies. Familiarity with subscription management and loyalty programs. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
