Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, self-starting individual to join our team as an eCommerce Product Manager.
As part of our eCommerce team, you will work with various departmental and team leaders to ensure all aspects of our operations fall within applicable regulatory standards and run smoothly.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.
Key Responsibilities : Product Listings : Create and update product listings on multiple platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify).
Optimization : Collaborate with management to optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and other listing elements to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Customer Engagement : Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and feedback promptly.
Inventory Management : Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Coordination : Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely restocking and fulfillment of orders.
Account Health : Regularly review and maintain account health metrics on various platforms.
Vendor Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Office Tasks : Assist in day-to-day office activities such as filing, data entry, and organization.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless eCommerce operations.
Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
High level of attention to detail.
Familiarity with various eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify) is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing eCommerce regulations and marketplace trends.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves : Associate or Bachelors degree.
Experience with Excel, Amazon SellerCentral, Google Sheets, and some WMS or ERP systems.
Additional Requirements : Reliable, stable, and high-speed home internet access.
