Position Overview: The E-commerce Marketing & Support Admin will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day e-commerce operations and marketing initiatives.
This position is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with experience in eCommerce, marketing, and customer support who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical know-how, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure our platforms, campaigns, and customer interactions run seamlessly.
Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Support Manage and resolve customer inquiries via the Redo platform (similar to Gorgias).
Address order issues, refunds, and general questions with empathy and professionalism.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Marketing Operations Maintain and optimize product listings and campaigns on Shopify.
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Sendlane, including setup, testing, and reporting.
Oversee and optimize Facebook and Google ads, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Create engaging graphics and visual content using Canva.
Edit short-form video content using CapCut for marketing purposes.
Monitor marketing performance using Triple Will, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Assist in launching and optimizing Amazon ads for product promotion.
Administrative & Operational Support Set up recurring tasks and workflows for team review and execution.
Track performance metrics and compile reports for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with freelancers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications: 2+ years in eCommerce marketing, customer support, or similar roles.
Familiarity with Shopify, Sendlane, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Manager, Redo, Canva, CapCut, and Triple Will.
Understanding of ad setup and optimization, email campaign management, and social media marketing.
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Strong aptitude for learning new platforms and tools quickly.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with TikTok ads is a significant plus.
Prior experience working with Amazon ads or eCommerce marketplaces.
Proven ability to create or refine workflows and standard operating procedures.
A creative eye for design and video editing.
