We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms. Ideally you will have deep experience running Shopify websites, managing Amazon stores, and overseeing email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo. The ideal candidate has experience in understanding and acting on ecommerce platforms and email marketing data to coordinate and execute on marketing operations tasks. You'll work closely with our marketing & product teams across paid channels, organic search, conversion rate optimization, email & more. Who we're looking for As an Ecommerce Marketing Operations Specialist , you will be the right hand to our CEO, working closely to plan and execute marketing strategies. Tech-Savvy: You're the go-to person for tech solutions, adept at leveraging tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Finisher: You take pride in your work, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard and on time. Analytical Mind: You make data-driven decisions and have a knack for measuring success objectively. Resourceful: You can quickly learn and adapt to new tasks, finding innovative ways to overcome challenges. Responsibilities Include: Shopify Website Maintenance: Manage daily updates and content changes on Shopify, ensuring a seamless user experience. Implement new features, apps, and integrations to improve site functionality and performance. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with developers for advanced support. Ensure product listings, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date. Amazon Store Maintenance: Manage product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing, ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines. Optimize product listings for SEO and monitor keyword performance. Manage Amazon FBA, inventory levels, and fulfillment processes. Analyze sales data, reviews, and customer feedback to improve product performance. Monitor Amazon advertising campaigns and ensure spend is aligned with marketing goals. Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. Build targeted email lists, segmentation, and flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) to maximize engagement. Develop email content, including copy and creative, that aligns with brand messaging. Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and report on campaign success. Continuously A/B test subject lines, content, and design to improve email marketing outcomes. Other Requirements & Responsibilities: Project & Team Management: Oversee and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget. Work with individual contributors to get deliverables completed on time. Analytics: Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to optimize strategies and report on ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
