Only English resumes will be reviewed We are seeking a proactive and independent Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote various products through email and SMS campaigns.
You will ensure that all copy and designs align with our brand, gain client approval, conduct split-testing for subject lines and images, schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, and analyze performance data to shape our email marketing strategy.
Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop tailored email marketing strategies for clients.
Cooperating with a copywriter.
Campaign and Flow Management: Configure, load and manage email campaigns to meet client objectives.
Troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
Mastery in our client's ESP, most commonly Klaviyo.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key metrics and generate weekly reports to share campaign effectiveness.
Client Communication: Provide updates, address concerns, and discuss campaign strategies with clients.
Offer training and educate them on platform features, best practices, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
Integration Management: Oversee integration with other platforms for seamless data flow.
Deliverability Optimization: Monitor and enhance email deliverability rates.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar (in ClickUp) aligned with client objectives and promotions.
Thought Leadership and Training: Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with internal team members through weekly meetings.
Track campaign performance and analyze results to inform future strategies.
Communicate regularly with clients via email, Slack, and occasional calls to provide updates and address inquiries.
Requirements: English C1.
1-2 years of experience in similar positions, such as marketing and advertising.
Proficiency in using email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Proficiency in Ecommerce Email Marketing.
Strong understanding of copywriting principles and direct-response marketing.
Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Capable of maintaining focus and meeting multiple weekly deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a troubleshooting mindset.
