Position Overview: The Technical Product Support Agent will provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for customers navigating our course.
You will be the go-to resource for students needing help with technical setups, including Shopify stores, Facebook page configurations, and domain setups.
The role requires a tech-savvy individual who can be present in a dedicated Zoom room during working hours, providing real-time support.
Additionally, during quieter periods, you will moderate our Facebook community, ensuring inquiries and discussions are managed appropriately.
The ideal candidate is a confident, bubbly woman with excellent communication skills and a willingness to be on camera.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Assist customers with technical setups, including Shopify store creation, Facebook page setups, and domain configurations.
Real-Time Assistance: Be available in a Zoom room during working hours to provide real-time support to students.
Community Engagement: Moderate and engage in our Facebook community, responding to questions, managing discussions, and maintaining a positive environment.
Guidance & Troubleshooting: Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to students via live sessions, video calls, and written communications.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure problem resolution.
Collaboration: Work with the customer service and product teams to address recurring questions and improve course content.
Qualifications: Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience: Expertise in Shopify, Facebook pages, and domain configurations is required.
Technical Skills: Must be tech-savvy to help others with these tools.
Personality: Must be a woman with a positive, bubbly personality, confident on camera and comfortable engaging with customers in live sessions.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Kajabi or running a drop shipping business.
Prior experience in community management or moderation on social media platforms, especially Facebook.
