Responsibilities Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, acting as the point of contact for internal communication. Ensure that client orders are processed within the company's standard timescales. Maintain and improve client satisfaction by adhering to effective fulfillment and logistics policies and standard operating procedures. Manage all reporting related to the Operations Department, providing updates to management as required. Develop contractual relationships with overseas partners, global sea and air freight carriers. Deal directly with sea freight carriers to obtain the best-rated and fastest lead times for inbound and outbound shipments. Implement an efficient process to provide operations with immediate shipping rates for sales orders. Track all inbound and outbound shipments worldwide to ensure smooth delivery within project deadlines. Maintain a highly organized log of all shipments globally from start to finish. Provide clients with service delivery updates on all orders within the cycle of every calendar day. Ensure quality control over the outcome of cross-functional teams. Review and maintain sale contracts to ensure compliance with company standards. Minimum Requirements Diploma / Bachelor's degree in the relevant major. 1+ years of experience as a project manager in an International Logistics environment. Experience in customer relationship management to international clients, project management, global logistics and quality control is required. Possess strong project management, organizational and administrative skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask. Able to work from home and must have a stable internet connection. Able to travel to sites, proceed inspections and build inspection reports for multiple projects.
