E-Commerce Specialist

This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours, up to 20 hours per week.  Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and data-driven   E-Commerce Specialist   to optimize our online store, drive website traffic, and increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce strategy, website management, and analytics to grow our digital presence effectively.
Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management: Oversee and maintain the online shop for an exceptional user experience.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and maximize conversions.
Launch and manage promotions, product listings, and sales campaigns.
Website Optimization: Ensure the website is visually appealing, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and improve site performance.
Collaborate on strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Traffic and Sales Growth: Use analytics tools to track and report on website performance.
Identify opportunities to improve traffic and sales through data-driven insights.
Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and implement best practices to boost results.
Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce management and website optimization.
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and conversion strategies.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital tools.
