JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Operation Manager

Responsibilities: In charge of third-party e-commerce platforms, monitor and adjust traffic on a daily basis, plan and execute activities.Handle daily operational activities and requests from Operation Managers, including product page creation and sales activities configuration.Work cross-functionally with the e-commerce team to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements.Coordinate and cooperate with other team members to implement campaign projects properly.Develop customer insights to improve the e-commerce business.Find customer insights in e-commerce data to share with product marketing to improve products and/or sales in all channels.Provide detailed reporting on product trends and competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision-making processes.Responsible for completing other tasks issued by the director.EDUCATION BACKGROUND: Bachelor degree is required, and diploma in Marketing/E-commerce is an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operation, online marketing platforms, or related areas.
LANGUAGE: Fluent spoken and written English.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Fluent in using PowerPoint and Excel.Fast learner with attention to detail.Strong time management skills, ability to schedule duties/projects (multi-task), and ability to work unsupervised.Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
