What You'll Do: Strategically design commercial initiatives with clear long-term ambition and size of the prize assessment. Build compelling business cases with strong analytical insights and financial assessments (ROI, revenue streams, margins impact, investment strategy, etc). Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform decisions and drive the business forward. Identify Future Back capabilities development opportunities and prioritization. Ground actionable plans to bring business cases to life effectively with clear stages, phases, and timelines. Leverage strong network collaboration between strategy, franchise front line, marketing, commercial, financial, and other internal stakeholders; execute strategies with bottling partners to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business opportunities. Orchestrate, monitor, and manage teams and project progress to ensure goals and KPIs are met or exceeded. Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community leaders. Negotiate effectively through a win-win value-building strategy. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Qualifications & Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish. +10 years of experience within the KO System or within the industry. Commercial strategy and/or Front Line experience. System financials and analytics expertise. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate strategically. Expertise in project management, process management, problem-solving, and team building. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
