In this opportunity we are looking for a Back Office intern. As a Sales & Trade Support Intern in the Promote the Future program, you will have the opportunity to support the team in a variety of activities. These include system reference data maintenance, trade booking, front to back reconciliations, and more. You will gain hands-on experience with trading activities in both the offshore and onshore markets. This role offers full-time availability and a hybrid work model, providing you with the flexibility and balance you need as you kickstart your career in finance. Job responsibilities: Provide support to the front office and sales team to process trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management in an organized and diligent manner. Contribute analysis of new product or system implementations. Partner with offshore teams to process offshore trade management and life-cycling. Help to develop SOPs and SharePoint sites to consolidate operational models in an organized environment. Help the S&TS team to align business requirements with technology to enhance current operational models to comply with FO business priorities. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: Student or recent graduate in Finance, Economy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar. English: fluent written and oral. Full-time availability. Hybrid work model. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Advanced Excel skills. Strong track record in finance with knowledge of Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange products. Derivative knowledge is highly desirable. Understanding of derivative transactions and trade events like recouponings and unwinds is a plus. Knowledge of programming tools such as VBA, Python, R or others is a plus.
