As a Drayage Operations Support you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Build loads in the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Quote Drayage freight, providing competitive and timely pricing.
Track and trace Drayage and truckload shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform other related tasks as needed to support the Drayage and truckload operations.

Minimum requirements: Studies: A high school diploma is required .
Additional studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or related fields in Logistics are considered a plus .
Experience: At least 1 year o f experience in drayage transportation .
Language: Very good English skills B2+ or higher is preferred.
Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: Remote Colombia, On-site WeWork Santa Fe on Medellín.
Salary: 4.100.000 COP.
