Actividades a realizar: •Build, nurture and grow existing carrier relationships. •Request additional freight opportunities from current customers. •Manage all account communication in a timely and professional manner. •Provide useful and timely updates during shipment lifecycles. •Assist customers identifying services that fit their needs and provide information on additional services. •Actively manage to follow up on opportunities within existing accounts. •Source capacity to meet customer needs. •Complete pricing requests and customer bids. •Provide creative solutions for complex transportation situations as they arise. •Work directly with operations to support customer accounts. •Utilize company resources to identify cost and service requirements that are being met. •Assist Sales Representatives in obtaining rates for Intermodal/Drayage load opportunities. •Provide service updates between the sales department, customers, and carriers. •Assist with Intermodal/Drayage pricing based on customer requirements. •Create and manage strong relationships with Intermodal/Drayage carriers.
