Position: Document Processing Specialist Location: Remote (US Central Standard Time, CST) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST (1-hour unpaid break) Position Overview: The Document Processing Specialist will be responsible for organizing, labeling, and summarizing incoming documents related to vehicle service records.
This role requires strong attention to detail, effective organization skills, and the ability to process documents in various formats consistently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will ensure that documents are saved as PDFs, labeled according to company guidelines, and organized systematically.
Key Responsibilities: Document Reception and Organization: Receive documents in different formats, converting and saving them into standardized PDFs for company records.
Labeling and Filing: Accurately label each document per company guidelines, ensuring each is easy to locate and review within the filing system.
Content Summarization: Provide a brief summary of each document, including essential details such as the document date and specific information regarding the vehicle's service history.
Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and consistency in document processing, with a keen eye for detail to avoid errors in labeling, organization, and summarization.
