We are looking for our next Distributor Sales Manager for the Enterprise ICT sector.
Responsibilities:Be responsible for the overall operation of distribution products in the region.Be responsible for the development, management, and operation (marketing, training, and professional capability enhancement) of all distributors in the region.Be responsible for the overall sales target of the distribution market.Develop engineering salespeople and elite distribution partners.Properly manage distributor inventory and develop reasonable and effective inbound and outbound sales policies and incentives.To succeed in this role, you need to: Be a native Spanish speaker; fluent English is mandatory.Have at least 5 years of experience in the ICT industry working on large projects in the technical sales area.Understand core ICT products such as Datacom, optical, storage, among other technical backgrounds and familiarity with solutions from hardware vendors such as CISCO / DELL / HP / ARUBA.Understand the distribution business, including but not limited to the customer/partner buying decision process.Be familiar with distribution partner development skills and know how to build a distribution market system to support business development.Have strong initiative, team spirit, and a strong work ethic.If you are interested in joining the world's largest telecommunications company, apply now!
