Distributor Markets Business Development Coordinator Objective : Implement Business Development plans and support business development activities of the organization, including growing and supporting franchise operations in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies. Responsibilities : Implement Business Development plans and support business development activities of the organization, including growing and supporting franchise operations in line with business and financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies. Deliver market studies by analyzing market research and identifying and predicting current and future consumer trends. Prospect new business development opportunities through market research and by analyzing research on network cost/pricing and competitor analysis. Coordinate all business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships, product planning & development. Connect with and influence other specialist departments and external service providers. Convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Prepare presentations and concepts to be presented to leadership and company committees. Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers. Work Experience: 4 - 5 years in similar industries (Pharma, Dermo and/or beauty experience, or related consumer goods experience). Advanced experience with project management, data analysis, commercial principles, and negotiation. Academic Background: Advanced level in English (Must).
