Job Description Embark on an exciting career opportunity as a Dispatcher and Admin assistant for a dynamic removals company.
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of the business, managing customer interactions, coordinating moves, and ensuring smooth operations.
You'll utilize cutting-edge systems like ServiceMate and Podium to book jobs, communicate with clients, and dispatch field teams efficiently.
This position offers a unique blend of customer service, administrative duties, and logistical coordination, making every day diverse and engaging.
As a key player in the company's growth strategy, you'll have the chance to directly impact the business's success while developing a wide range of skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service via phone and emailManage the entire booking process using ServiceMate, from initial customer contact to job allocationCoordinate with field teams to ensure smooth execution of removals and relocationsHandle customer support issues, including booking changes and addressing client concerns with empathy and efficiencyOptimize job schedules and allocate tasks to moving trucks to maximize efficiencyMaintain clear and prompt communication with clients and team members using various platforms, including PodiumPerform administrative tasks related to customer service and job management, contributing to the overall efficiency of operationsAssist in implementing strategies to support the company's growth and expansion plansRequirements Previous experience in customer service, admin, or dispatch roles is required for this roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a focus on customer serviceProficiency in using CRM systems, with a willingness to quickly learn and master ServiceMateStrong multitasking abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of scheduling and dispatch processes, with a keen eye for logistical optimizationProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisionsFamiliarity with office software and efficient email managementAdaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
