Your Role in the Team Be part of our client's team as a Paralegal , where you'll draft legal documents, manage deadlines, communicate with clients, and organize case files.

What Awaits You Employment Type: Indefinite term contract Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST Work Setup: Onsite | Bogotá/Medellín Your Role in the Team Draft legal documents, including initial, second, or supplemental discovery requests.
File motions for extensions of time, as needed.
Manage calendars and meet critical deadlines.
Communicate with clients and draft responses to discovery questions.
Demonstrate professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive issues.
Review and organize file documentation for production.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports on filed discovery responses.
Requirements What You Bring to the Table Possess related experience or an equivalent background.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit strong grammatical and spelling abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Capable of effectively dealing with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels.
Show acute attention to detail and accuracy.
Skilled in performing diversified clerical functions.
Able to communicate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and at all levels.
