Salary: $2,200 - $2,700 per month Location: Remote Schedule: PST Experience: At least 5 years experience as a technical recruitment team leader Requirements: Your Goal: As Director of Recruitment, you will lead our recruitment strategy, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.
You will build efficient processes, ensure quality service delivery, and develop high-performing teams.
Your day will involve coaching recruiters, optimizing operations, and maintaining strong client partnerships.
