Periodic focused discussion with vertical leaders in BD & CS to contribute and support vertical & growth strategy Be involved in all key RFPs and proactive proposals to provide & design insight into proposal strategy Solution design strategy & approach across markets covering The Americas and the LATAM region Requirements: At least 10 years of experience working in a BPO in a mixed outsourced and in-house environment Must have played a strong role in building viable geo-based innovative business solutions for clients across various verticals (FinTech, HealthTech, HiTech, Retail + eCommerce, Social Media, Media and Entertainment and On-Demand Travel + Transportation). Must have an in-depth knowledge of the geo being supported Solution-building expertise backed with digital transformation will be an added advantage Strong experience and understanding of Operations, Workforce management, Quality assurance, Training, Recruitment and Business Intelligence will be added advantages. Management experience A good understanding of positioning TaskUs capabilities to existing & new clients Non-metro/Tier2/3 solution building experience will be an added advantage Must be able to travel 30% of the time, when required to support solutions presentation to the clients as needed.
