Key responsibilities: You'll provide direction, mitigate risk and offer solutions tailored to client's business needs. From migrations of existing workloads to building advanced cloud-native solutions, you'll help shape and execute to increase agility, improve security, reduce costs, and meet utilization targets while engaging and leading a dedicated team of Developers and Engineers across multiple countries. Lead our Application Development Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to company processes (ceremonies, etc), overseeing team's task allocations, monitoring progress. Work with internal and external teams to develop and deliver required applications. Collaborate with product owners and other business partners to understand and refine requirements that drive innovative cloud native B2B SaaS solution architecture, technology, and tools. Help set up and lead a high performing team of developers and engineers for our platform. Provide technical leadership to our development team; propose and update team standards and policies. Contribute technically through feature development oversight, technical design oversight and process streamlining. Coordinate proof-of-concept as needed to determine technology solutions in alignment with the Director of Architecture. Identify open source and commercial solutions for integration; Define solution API's guidelines and integration with third party systems. Provide thought leadership and own the long-term development vision for multi-cloud SaaS delivery platform. Oversee build of cloud-native applications based on scalable, portable, and resilient designs. About you BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, and 10+ years of software development experience. 5+ years of management experience, leading technical development teams. Object-Oriented Analysis and design (SOLID/Design Patterns)– languages such as Java, C#, C++. Knowledge and experience with C#, NodeJs or .Net are an advantage. Understanding of cloud-native application development (microservices, serverless, storage, DevOps). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and MS Azure is desired. Constantly seek out better ways and enjoy learning and adapting quickly to arrive to a solution using new technologies, frameworks and tools. Experience operating in an Agile Environment and with CI/CD pipeline driving DevOps best practices within development teams.
