Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of outpatient services to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction Develop and implement programs to improve clinical outcomes and efficiency Manage budgets and resources to support the growth of the outpatient services division Lead and mentor a team of clinical and support staff to achieve organizational goals Partner with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive patient care Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote the clinic's services Build relationships with key stakeholders in the local and national healthcare community Contribute to the development of new treatment offerings and service lines Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance and quality control measures throughout the clinic Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical data Provide expert medical oversight for all stem cell therapy procedures offered by the clinic Develop and implement clinical protocols and treatment plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines Stay abreast of the latest advancements in stem cell research and oncology diagnostics and technology Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare providers Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Qualifications Preferred Physician (M.D or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) and/or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, from an accredited institution Experience with EHR systems and healthcare technology Track record of developing and implementing successful programs in healthcare Certification in healthcare management 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in outpatient services Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proven ability to effectively manage budgets and resources Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations related to stem cell therapy Fluency in ENGLISH (is a MUST) Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider #J-18808-Ljbffr
