Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Marketing to join our leadership team.
As a Director of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, driving customer acquisition, and supporting our mission to revolutionize personal finance through technology.
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our company's goals and vision Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement company-wide objectives and policies Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive user growth Brand Management Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels Create and manage the company's content strategy, ensuring the production of meaningful and engaging content for our website, social media, and other platforms Drive brand awareness and perception in the competitive fintech landscape Digital Marketing and Growth Set the direction for effective inbound and outbound lead generation strategies Develop and execute high-touch marketing programs that generate leads, build awareness, and foster customer advocacy Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team Implement effective structures for all marketing functions, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing department Performance Management Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives Prepare and manage quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department Analyze and report on marketing performance, including full-funnel metrics aligned with sales targets and campaign ROI Product Marketing Collaborate with the product team to develop compelling messaging and positioning for new features and services Oversee the creation of marketing materials that effectively communicate our product value proposition Drive successful product launches through integrated marketing campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 3 years in the fintech or consumer finance sector Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and performance marketing Experience in data-driven marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication and presentation skills Deep understanding of the fintech landscape and consumer financial behavior Passion for financial empowerment and making a positive impact on immigrant communities Seniority level: Director Employment type: Contract Job function: Marketing and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
