Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals. Provide guidance on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management. Implement and monitor procedures for all key HR processes, including performance management, recruiting, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits management; ensure effective communication of processes and support leaders in talent development initiatives. Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and driving resolution. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop strategies for retention and engagement. Facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience. Stay informed about industry developments and legal requirements impacting HR practices. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization. Maintain awareness of payroll processing; ensure appropriate procedures and processes are in place to effectively complete routine pay processing. Ensure that HRIS maintains appropriate data for the completion of all HR and payroll-related functions, including reporting. Develop, manage and maintain a team of competent, experienced HR professionals who are dedicated to customer service and employee satisfaction. Requirements 8 or more years of experience as an HR Director, manager or combination in a company with hundreds of employees. Experience in managing a team of HR professionals. Deep understanding of HR best practices and strategic HR planning. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Fluent spoken and written English.
