We are seeking a Director of Global Compensation and Benefits in our Broomfield, CO location or remote potential. As the Director of Global Compensation and Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's compensation and benefits strategies on a global scale. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and cultural considerations to ensure competitive, equitable, and sustainable programs across all regions where we operate. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and values and ensuring competitive positioning in the market.Provide strategic guidance to senior management and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent worldwide.Global Compensation Management: Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of global compensation programs, including base pay structures, variable pay, equity compensation, merit cycles, and recognition programs.Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations across diverse markets.Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration and enhancement of global employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks.Partner with external vendors and internal teams to negotiate contracts, manage costs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.Compliance and Risk Management: Stay current with global regulations and industry trends related to compensation and benefits.Develop policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks associated with compensation and benefits practices.Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to support organizational goals and employee satisfaction.Communication and Employee Education: Develop communication strategies to effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees globally.Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of policies and programs.Change Management and Integration: Lead compensation and benefits-related initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring activities, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with company standards.YOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum 10+ years of experience in a senior compensation and benefits leadership role with global responsibilitiesDue to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident or green card holderWE VALUE: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree and certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferredIn-depth knowledge of international compensation practices, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.Proven successful experience in compensation aspects including exposure to international/global working environment.Knowledge and applied practice of executive compensation and deferred compensationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.Strong understanding of the FLSA, ACA, compliance, and other relevant People-related policies and laws is desirable, with a demonstrated ability to research and understand complianceSolid experience with mergers and acquisitions from due diligence to integration.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, but also very willing and able to be "hands-on."Compensation & Benefits: Range posted is inclusive of bonus target Incentive eligible Estimated Salary Wage: $207,000 - $258,000 Quantinuum is an equal opportunity employer.
