Oversee financial reporting processes, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulations. Lead, mentor, and support both finance and operations teams. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. Cross-departmental collaboration to coordinate financial planning with operational needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software. Preferred but not required: Proficiency in Salesforce for financial data management.
