Overview: The Director of Data and AI at Lean Solutions Group will be responsible for driving the company's data governance strategy, overseeing the integration of AI into daily operations, and developing tailored data solutions that enhance business performance and support client needs. This senior leadership role will ensure that data and AI initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic objectives, leveraging technology to drive automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency. The Director will also lead the development of the company's data infrastructure, including data warehousing, and ensure seamless integration between proprietary systems and third-party platforms. Responsibilities: Data Governance & Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance framework, ensuring data accuracy, quality, security, and compliance across all business units. Develop strategies to optimize data collection, integration, and utilization across the organization. AI Integration & Automation: Spearhead the incorporation of AI into daily business operations, identifying key areas for AI-driven automation and optimization. Drive the development of AI models that improve decision-making processes and enhance the company's ability to innovate and operate efficiently. Data Warehouse & System Integration: Oversee the design, development, and management of the company's data warehouse, ensuring seamless integration between proprietary platforms and third-party systems. Client-Focused Data Solutions: Work with clients to understand their data needs, develop customized data-driven solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of those solutions. Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, data engineers, and AI specialists. Performance Metrics & Analytics: Define and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for data and AI initiatives, ensuring that all data-driven projects deliver measurable business impact. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies and AI models to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Master's or PhD preferred). 10+ years of experience in data management, AI integration, and governance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of implementing data governance frameworks and AI-driven operational improvements. Expertise in building and managing data warehouses, ensuring seamless integration between diverse systems (both proprietary and third-party). Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in automating processes and enhancing decision-making capabilities. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to align data and AI initiatives with business goals.
