What You'll Be Doing General Management: Oversee daily operations at all SCRAM of CA | NV | AZ | HI | ID locations. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Program Management: Lead the development and execution of client programs and services. Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met. Evaluate client feedback and adjust programs to enhance client satisfaction. Foster a client-centric culture across all locations. Ensure all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional client service. Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Identify and address training and development needs for staff. How You'll Make an Impact The Director of Business Services will be responsible for overseeing all General Management and Program Management across all SCRAM of CA | NV | AZ | HI | ID locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of service excellence for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence. What We Really Love to See Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role. Proven track record of successful program management and operational leadership. Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel to various locations, 30-40% travel required. What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
