Job Description Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) team is looking for an individual to join our consulting practice and play a key role leading the design, development, and implementation of our subscription commercial model for our clients, for issuers, merchants, and acquirers in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC), ensuring the alignment of our business strategies with optimal commercial practices. This role requires a keen understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and strategic planning. Specific responsibilities include: Develop and execute a commercial model that aligns with the Subscription's strategic objectives. Implement efficient processes to support the commercial model. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of commercial strategies. Monitor and analyze market trends to inform commercial model development. Drive continuous improvement of commercial operations through process optimization. Broaden reach of the subscription-based solutions through innovative delivery tools/platforms and process and performance measurement reporting track for the solutions. Provide leadership and direction to the commercial team. Proactively develop and manage key relationships with clients to sell the solutions, stakeholders and business partners. Accountable for partnership and with external vendors, including the quality assessment of information provided and monitoring of results. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Sales pipeline execution and management. Incumbents applying for the role should be motivated, analytic individuals who will deliver strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics and high impact solutions to support the client's growth and performance. Candidates must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships with clients and across the Visa organization. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 3 years of work experience with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications 12 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 6+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree required, ideally in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, mathematics, science) and/or business administration (e.g. business, marketing, finance) from top tier school. Proven experience in commercial model development and execution. Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance. Significant focus on impacting ROI. Strong understanding of market dynamics and business operations. Superior strategic planning and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using business software, including CRM and data analysis tools. Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently. Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes, marketing initiatives and card acquiring experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including storytelling. Ability to travel up to 25%.
